Kim K & Jennifer Aniston obsessed with Salmon DNA Facials | Power of Polynucleotides
Kim Kardashian, the queen of keeping up with beauty trends, recently sent shockwaves through the internet with her latest facial choice: the salmon DNA facial. Yes, you read that right!
“I got a salmon DNA facial injected into my face,” Kim casually revealed to her mother, Kris Jenner, on an episode of The Kardashians, leaving many viewers astonished and intrigued in equal measure. This treatment is also known as polynucleotides or PN.
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time such a treatment has surfaced in the spotlight. Back in August 2023, Jennifer Aniston disclosed that she too had explored the salmon DNA facial. Known for her youthful appearance, Aniston’s endorsement added a layer of credibility to a practice that might initially raise eyebrows.
What Exactly is the Salmon DNA Facial? and how exactly are fish DNA molecules supposed to improve your skin?
Benefits of the Salmon DNA Facial (Polynucleotides):
- Natural-Looking Results: Provides a subtle, refreshed appearance without looking “done.”
- Cellular Repair: Polynucleotides aid in repairing damaged skin cells, promoting faster healing from wounds, acne scars, and sun damage.
- Anti-Aging Properties: By boosting collagen and elastin production, the treatment helps to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
- Improved Skin Texture: Regular treatments can lead to smoother, firmer skin with enhanced texture and tone.
- Increased Collagen Production: PNs may stimulate the production of collagen, a protein that gives skin its plumpness and elasticity.
- Enhanced Cell Regeneration: They may promote faster cell turnover, leading to a brighter and smoother complexion.
- Improved Hydration: PNs are known for their ability to attract and retain moisture, leaving your skin feeling dewy and refreshed.
- Reduced Pigmentation: Some studies suggest PNs can help diminish the appearance of hyperpigmentation, evening out skin tone.

Winter survival for the skin.
Sorry to say this, but winter has officially arrived, cold temperatures, biting winds and the curse of all our skins, the central heating system.
But fear not… help is at hand.
Here are our top winter skincare tips to help you through to the spring and help fight off the winter blues. Keeping your skin hydrated, protected, and healthy during this cold period can be challenging, but with a little bit of help we can get through this.
Here are our top winter skincare tips to keep you glowing during these next few months:
- Stay hydrated
Hydrate from the inside and drink plenty of winter. Dry skin will not only be solved with creams and oils but is dictated by your hydration levels.
Without adequate water levels, your skin will appear dull, and pores will appear exaggerated, because your face shrinks into its tightest position. Skin becomes drier and more sensitive with the wintry weather and heating. So you must stay hydrated and stick to a gentle skincare routine.
What Treatments do we recommend:
- 1. Hydro Facial
- 2. IPL Rejuvenation or hair reduction
- 3. Cryopen
- 4. Lymphatic Pressotherapy
- Keep an eye on your feet
Feet also become dry and cracked in the winter months. Exfoliate them often and use a good moisturiser.
- Use bath time to hydrate
Why not try taking a bath to unwind and to hydrate your skin at the same time. Great moment to get on those feet as well. (see no.2) Use a bath oil and enjoy.
- Keep the serum out
Antioxidant serums are perfect for year-round usage because a serum is more like a concentrated lightweight moisturiser.
- Cleansing
All the winter conditions like heating and cold will leave your skin dryer than normal. Which means that you probably need to change your cleanser for this period. Use a gentle cleanser that prepares your skin to absorb the cream or serum you will after better.
- Watch your Lips
Prevent your lips from getting chapped or cracked and apply a natural lip balm whenever necessary. Beeswax for example will seal in moisture.
- Wear SPF throughout the year
Yes! Even in winter. UVA rays are constantly present and cause the skin to age. Wearing SPF on your face will help keep your skin looking radiant and healthy.
- Avoid Toxins, Specifically Allergens and Irritants
Particularly if you have eczema, dermatitis, or psoriasis, you need to avoid allergens and irritants that may trigger a flare up. Winter skin is more fragile, so avoid irritating fabrics (like wool) and chemical-laden detergents, and use mild cleansers and moisturisers designed for sensitive skin.
